From first contact to opening we calculate an average of 3-6 months. This includes: concept development (2-3 weeks), design (2-3 weeks), quote and approval (1-2 weeks), production and delivery (4-8 weeks), installation (2-4 weeks). With existing buildings it can be faster, with new construction longer.

Yes! We offer turnkey solutions: from concept development to opening. This includes space layout, equipment selection, branding, floors, mirrors, lighting, sound, and even marketing materials. We have experience with boutique gyms, CrossFit boxes, and large format fitness centers.

For commercial gyms we recommend rubber floors (15-20mm) in the free weight zone, vinyl or rubber tiles for cardio, and special Olympic platforms for lifting zones. Materials must handle high-traffic. We have experience with gyms receiving 500+ members per day.

We work with financing partners for lease and financing options. Phased payment is also possible: down payment at contract, partial payment at delivery, final payment at completion. For starting entrepreneurs there are special arrangements. Discuss this during the quote phase.

We offer maintenance contracts for periodic inspection and maintenance. This includes floor cleaning, mirror maintenance, and small repairs. For equipment maintenance we work with suppliers. Preventive maintenance prevents downtime and extends lifespan.

Absolutely! We advise which equipment fits your concept, budget and target audience. We work with Technogym for high-quality equipment. We can also supply second-hand or refurbished equipment for budget-friendly solutions.

Yes, we do many renovation and expansion projects. Whether you want an extra functional training zone, new floors, or a complete makeover - we can work while your gym stays open. Installation in evening hours or phased is possible.
