Delivery takes place via pallet shipment. Delivery costs are capped at €75.00 per order.

Every connected tile in our range includes enough free connectors to link your floor properly right away.

White-glove service is an optional add-on for your order. We handle the full process and professional installation, including clean delivery, alignment and finishing on site.

Connected tiles (except leather): 5-year warranty. All tracks, including custom tracks: 2-year warranty. All other products: 12-month warranty.

Return shipments are at the customer's expense. After inspection and approval of the product condition, we will credit the amount.
